Timothy M. Stuart is a CPA with over 23 years experience assisting both individuals and small businesses with their tax and accounting needs.  Prior to opening his own practice, Tim practiced independently through his ownership of three Liberty Tax Service (LTS) franchise offices in Kennesaw and Acworth. During his tenure with LTS, Tim led all Georgia LTS franchise owners in growth with over 3,000 clients in five years. 

    Prior to starting his own practice Tim was a 14 year Partner with Deloitte & Touché (D&T).  As partner, he was responsible for the Atlanta office’s Growth Services Practice, a cross-functional team of D&T practitioners who focused on the needs of growth oriented real estate, manufacturing, distribution and other service companies.  

    Active in the Kennesaw and Acworth communities, Tim conducts educational seminars at local elementary schools and entrepreneurial seminars with local middle and high schools.  He provides employment opportunities to high school students and sponsors various public and private sports programs, local high school JROTC programs and the Boy Scouts.  Tim regularly offers free tax seminars on tax planning strategies, incorporation benefits for self-employed business owners, and retirement planning strategies.

    Tim earned his Masters in Professional Accountancy from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Arts from Colgate University.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants.
